About Us
Oaza Mokotów Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. is a special purpose company, whose mission is to implement the apartment development project located at ul. Piaseczyńska in Warsaw. It is part of the comprehensive revitalization project of the Warszawianka Sports Club area developed in 2002-2003 by prof. dr hab. Stefan Kuryłowicza – Pracowania APA Kuryłowicz & Associates Sp. z o.o.
For the purposes of this project, we decided to collaborate with partners experienced in development projects, who have been successfully operating on the development market since 1998, who have so far completed, among others: residential investments in Krakow, Warsaw and Opole – a total of over three thousand apartments built, investments hotels in Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław and Katowice – a total of over six hundred hotel rooms and office investments in Kraków.
We guarantee experience, attention to detail, the use of the highest quality materials and equipment, and cooperation with experienced participants of the investment process: architects, contractors, engineers and interior designers. We know that our investments will represent us for a long time, so we respect the context in which they arise. We know what to do to make them universal and timeless.

Oaza przy Włościańskiej
Oaza przy Włościańskiej is located in the northern part of Warsaw in the Żoliborz district, near Marymont metro station. In 2016, the company delivered 37 apartments with a total area of over 2491 m2, two commercial premises with an area of 430 m2 and 50 parking spaces.
The building has a very high standard of finish and a great location.

Oaza Bronowice is a modern building complex in Krakow on Stańczyka Street, opened in 2014. During two stages of the investment, 88 eye-catching and functional apartments with a total area of 4340 m² were built.
Afterwards, in the next two stages were built 188 apartments, 6 administrative and office premises with a total area of 9,150 m² along with underground garages and complete communication infrastructure. The investment has a high standard of finish with elegant and functional architecture.
In 2019, on the last undeveloped plots on Stańczyk Street, the final complementary building quarter was built. As a part of this quarter, a complex of three segments was built, based on a shared underground garage. A total of 94 functional apartments and 3 administrative and office premises have been designed on the ground floor and on the upper floors.

Żoliborz Business Concept
Żoliborz Business Concept is a modern, luxurious and multifunctional complex which is being built in Żoliborz district – one of the most prestigious and green districts of Warsaw.
The investment’s construction will consist of a retail, office and hotel facility with an underground garage with 140 parking spaces and an outdoor car park on a plot of 0.9583 ha.
On the ground floor, there are service areas for sale for retail chain stores. The remaining floors of the building are divided into three independent wings for various service purposes.
One of the segments will be dedicated entirely to an open-space office building that will meet all the requirements for A-class office buildings. Another will house 150 units of investment micro-apartments with a high standard of finish. The third building on the north side will be used entirely for hotel purposes. On five floors, there will be 100 hotel rooms with a reception, restaurant and conference facilities.
